FAM and Sage

Now that Redrose Software Ltd is an accredited business partner and Sage Development partner we have enhanced the link that FAM has with Sage 50 accounts software.

Invoices and Credit notes seamlessly import to Sage with the detailed line information, so you can now drill down into an invoice or credit note in Sage and see the styles, qty and prices.

Customers and credit limits synchronise with Sage seamlessly. You set up your customers in FAM as usual and Sage is automatically updated. Additionally now if you change a credit limited in Sage on a customer this is fed back into FAM along with the unsettled balance on the customers account.

The credit limit and unsettled balance appear on some FAM reports, for example in reports - Undelivered orders, formats Undelivered Orders Summary by Customer or Undelivered Orders Exposure by Customer

Auto blocking of customers can now be set up so that if a customer has an outstanding invoice older than their payment terms + any additional days you have allowed, then their account can automatically be blocked in FAM.
